dc.descriptionVenezuelan musical history has counted on the educational academic contribution of women who through the ages have provided their knowledge to encourage musical development. This musical history, both on the international and national scene, has been characterized by an androcentric tendency that reflects the absence or concealment of women as subjects of study in a historical context markedly dominated by men. As a result of this research, elements emerged that allow us to elucidate the edges around the educational academic significance of women in the framework of gender studies through the use of the feminist method as the main methodological tool and supported by secondary methods such as microhistory and musicology, thus promoting the visibility of the female subject in the Venezuelan historical, social, musical and educational context.en-US
dc.descriptionLa historia musical venezolana ha contado con el aporte académico educativo de mujeres que a través de las épocas han brindado sus conocimientos para incentivar el desarrollo musical. Esta historia musical tanto en el panorama internacional como en el nacional, se ha caracterizado por una tendencia androcéntrica que refleja la ausencia u ocultamiento de la mujer como sujeto de estudio en un contexto histórico marcadamente predominado por el hombre. Producto de esta investigación, emergieron elementos que permiten dilucidar las aristas en torno a la trascendencia académico educativa de la mujer en el marco de los estudios de género, mediante la utilización del método feminista como herramienta metodológica principal y apoyado en métodos secundarios como la microhistoria y la musicología, propiciando así, la visibilización del sujeto femenino en el contexto histórico, social, musical y educativo venezolano.es-ES
