| dc.description | The benefits that are given by the musical experience, the study of it and its science, specially the learning of reading and writing music no just allow a good developing of musical expression ? capacities but strength the learning of a variety of contents belonging to different disciplines involving also the perspective of the integral developing. It is time to respect the rights of every child including those ones with special necessities to a musical education of quality: efficient and effective, also allowing the achievement of goals plannified to the secondary school in Chile, a problem that doesn't seem to have and answer yet. An appropriate didactic, with methods at the hands of every body and the conscience that every change is on the hands of the day by day teachers, showing that the factors that decide the low level of Chilean musical education can get better. | en-US |
| dc.description | Los beneficios que entrega la experiencia musical y el estudio de la música y su ciencia, en especial, el aprendizaje de la lecto-escritura musical, no solo permiten un buen desarrollo de capacidades de expresión musical, sino fortalecen el aprendizaje de variados contenidos propios a otras disciplinas implicando además la perspectiva de desarrollo integral. Es tiempo de respetar el derecho de todos los niños, incluidos quienes tienen necesidades especiales, a una educación musical de calidad: efectiva y eficaz, la cual permitiría además el logro de los objetivos planteados para el ciclo medio en nuestro país, problema aún sin vistas a resolverse. Una didáctica adecuada, métodos al alcance de todos y la conciencia de que todo cambio está en nuestras manos de educadores diarios de aula, me ha demostrado que los factores que determinan el bajo nivel de educación musical de la educación formal chilena, son mejorables. | es-ES |
