Abstract
The first South American species of Hydropeza (H. curicoa n. sp.) is described from Chile. Figures of the habitus and male terminalia of the species are given. La primera especie sudamericana de Hydropeza (H. curico n. sp.) es descrita de Chile. Se entrega el hábito del adulto y un esquema de la terminalia del macho.
