Abstract
The following new species from northernmost Chile are described: Notogramma azapae, Ceroxys friasi(paratype also from Perú), and C. pallidus. A key to the American species of Ceroxys, including also thePalearctic type of the genus, C. urticae (L.), is given. Ceroxys is considered in a broad sense, includingPterotaenia Rondani, Pseudomelieria Bréthes, and Platyeuxesta Blanchard, with several new combinationswith Ceroxys made in the key. Se describe como nuevas en este trabajo las especies Notogramma azapae, Ceroxys friasi, Ceroxys pallidus, yse ofrece una clave para las especies americanas de Ceroxys Macquart, 1835, lato sensu.
