| dc.description | The present text aims at providing an overview of the internal aspect of the school system having as referent the so-called society of knowledge and information, a powerful phenomenon emerging in the 90's, and which keeps in constant tension both post-modern society and the school organization in particular. The paper attempts to approach the changing processes from a perspective that seeks to analyze and understand the central aspect for human development. Thus, this paper attends to the meaning of education at the dawn of the third millennium and the range of possibilities exhibited when focussing on human being and their rich and powerful potential. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente texto pretende entregar una mirada al interior del sistema escuela, teniendo como referente la denominada sociedad del conocimiento y de la información, fenómeno que emerge con fuerza en la década de los 90 y que mantiene en permanente tensión a la sociedad postmoderna y a la organización escolar en particular. Intentaremos aproximarnos a los procesos de cambio-mudanza que experimenta en su conjunto el sistema educativo, desde una mirada que busca comprender y reflexionar sobre un aspecto central para el desarrollo humano, cual es, el significado que adquiere la educación en el amanecer del tercer milenio y el abanico de posibilidades que se despliegan al poner el foco de atención en la persona humana y sus ricas y poderosas potencialidades. | es-ES |
