| dc.description | The objective of the research work was to observe the use of records in family micro-agribusinesses of the company Cabañas de la Ciudad de Caacupé, Department of Cordillera. The research approach is quantitative, with an exploratory scope. The method of in-depth interviews was applied to those responsible for the undertakings. Its design is not experimental. Of the farms under study, 70% have less than one hectare (ha) and the rest between 1 and 10 ha. More specifically, regarding the exploited area, 70% is less than one ha, 26% between 1 and 5 ha and 4% between 6 and 10 ha. Regarding the organization of the farms, 38% have a formal organizational structure, 46% have a non-formalized structure and 16% indicate that they do not have a stable structure. Regarding the registration of activities, it is revealed that 78% carry out some type of registration, 18% prepare budgets and 39% have accounting records. In order to deduce the profits from the registry, their relationship with the development of ratios or development indicators is stated. Firstly, it was possible to record that only 17% carry out the study of the ratios, 26% determine whether there is a profit or not and 57% do not carry them out. Taking into account only those who have some type of record, 24% carry out the ratio analysis. This percentage rises to 27% when it comes to those who prepare budgets. Finally, the highest percentage is among those who have accounting records, in this group 45% carry out the analysis of ratios. | dc.description | El trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo observar la utilización de registros en microagronegocios familiares de la compañía Cabañas de la Ciudad de Caacupé, Departamento de Cordillera. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, de alcance exploratorio. Se aplicó el método de entrevistas en profundidad a los responsables de los emprendimientos. El diseño del mismo es cuantitativa no experimental. Las fincan objeto de estudio en un 70% cuentan con menos de una hectárea (ha) y el resto entre 1 y 10 ha. Más específicamente en cuanto al área explotada el 70% es de menos de una ha, el 26 % entre 1 a 5 ha y el 4% entre 6 a 10 ha. En cuanto a la organización de las fincas en un 38% cuentan con estructura organizativa formal, el 46% con estructura no formalizada y el 16% indican no contar con una estructura estable. En cuanto al registro de actividades se revelo que 78% realiza algún tipo de registro, el 18% elabora presupuestos y el 39% cuenta con registros contables. A fin de deducir las utilidades del registro, se enuncian su relación con la elaboración de ratios o indicadores de desarrollo. Primeramente, se pudo registrar que solo el 17% realiza el estudio de los ratios, el 26% determina si existen ganancias o no y el 57% no los realiza. Teniendo en cuenta solo a los que tienen algún tipo de registro, el 24% realiza el análisis de ratios. Este porcentaje sube a 27% cuando se trata de aquellos que elaboran presupuestos. Finalmente, el porcentaje más alto se entre los que cuentan con registros contables, en este grupo el 45% realiza el análisis de ratios. Se puede observar una relación significativa entre la elaboración de registros, presupuestos y principalmente entre los registros contables y la evaluación a través de ratios financieros. | es-ES |
