dc.description	The judgment under discussion deals with the problem of the legal value of a registration and its relationship with the possession and, in fact, with the discordance between the Real Estate Registry and the extra-registral reality. The inaccuracy of the registration in this case refers to the disagreement that, with regards to the apparently registered rights of the plaintiff and the defendant, exists between the Real Estate Registry and the legal reality concerning the situation of the disputed land. The controversy has not been easy to settle, since the Supreme Court reversed the previous decisions. However, the analysis and the weighing of the evidence displayed by the judges of first and second instance, allow us to state that the decisions in favor of registration cannot cover situations in which there are signs of material tenure for a long time. Not to admit this, implies equating the institutions of possession with the official registration of a land.	en-US
dc.description	La sentencia que se comenta se sitúa en la problemática del valor de la inscripción y su relación con la posesión y, de hecho, en la discordancia entre el Registro inmobiliario y la realidad extrarregistral. La inexactitud del Registro en este caso alude al desacuerdo que, en cuanto a los derechos aparentemente inscritos del demandante y demandado, existe entre el Registro inmobiliario y la realidad jurídica que afecta la situación real del Lote en cuestión. La controversia no ha sido fácil de resolver, pues la Corte Suprema revoca lo resuelto en la instancia anterior. Sin embargo, el análisis y la ponderación de las pruebas del tribunal de primera y segunda instancia, permiten plantear que las decisiones que favorecen la inscripción no pueden amparar situaciones en las que existen señas de tenencia material por largo tiempo. No admitirlo, implica equiparar las instituciones de la posesión con la inscripción conservatoria de un bien raíz.	es-ES
