| dc.description | Currently the new regulations for the conservation of urban wetlands, through Law No. 21,202, establishesa series of challenges for the delimitation of these ecosystems relevant to the development of biodiversity, and the maintenance of various ecosystem services that they provide. to the communities that are in its area of influence. The following work seeks to contribute to the scientific development of the delimitation of wetlands, working specifically on the Las Quemas Wetland System, considering as a key axis the vegetationthat is associated with these ecosystems and presenting the ecosystem services that are recognized by both the social actors of the territory together with institutional actors; the latter in view of the need to transform our urban development and integrate these ecosystems in urban planning and the valorization of the services they provide both in the physical, social or economic dimension of the territory. In this context, the geographical characteristics of the territory and its evolution over time are presented, with the aim of establishing the particular conditions that allow identifying the heritage value of the conservation of this ecosystem in the urban limits of the city of Osorno. | en-US |
| dc.description | Actualmente la nueva normativa para la conservación de los humedales urbanos, por medio de la ley N°21.202, establece una serie de desafíos para la delimitación de estos ecosistemas relevantes para el desarrollo de la biodiversidad, y la mantención de diversos servicios ecosistémicos que estos prestan a las comunidades que se encuentran en su área de influencia. El siguiente trabajo busca aportar al desarrollo científico de la delimitación de los humedales, trabajando de manera específica el Sistema de Humedales Las Quemas, considerando como eje clave la vegetación que se encuentra asociada a estos ecosistemas y presentando los servicios ecosistémicos que son reconocidos tanto por los actores sociales del territorio en conjunto a los actores institucionales; esto último en vista a la necesidad de transformar nuestro desarrollo urbano e integrar estos ecosistemas en la planificación urbana y la valorización de los servicios que estos prestan tanto en la dimensión física, social o económica del territorio. En este contexto se presentan las características geográficas del territorio y su evolución en el tiempo, con el objetivo de establecer las condiciones particulares que permiten identificar el valor patrimonial de la conservación de este ecosistema en los límites urbanos de la ciudad de Osorno. | es-ES |
