| dc.description | Currently, the Army contemplates within its administration the fiscal lands, a territorial distribution from Putre to Antarctica, according to a specific mission and an organization focused on both the Land Force and the Generating Force. It is in this context that, through the application of Geomatics tools, the objective is to develop a methodology for surveying land use in the Chilean Army. For which the procedure will be designed and the use of land in the Campo Militar la Reina (CMLR) will be determined as a study area, through the use of images from different open sources. In general terms, it intends to apply a methodology based on the gathering ofrequirements by the Stakeholders (Headquarters of Properties and the Department of Infrastructure of theEducation and Doctrine Command), with the purpose of establishing a geospatial database for the use of land, specifically for the different fiscal lands existing in the Chilean Army. Taking into consideration the preceding background, 05 (five) images from different open sources were evaluated, with the purpose of selecting the most appropriate image, by establishing different factors, which served as parameters to make the selection, among them its color and grayscale histograms, spatial resolution, and temporality. Subsequently, the elementswere vectorized, these being housed in a geospatial database, obtaining the relevant and important information for decision making.Key words: land use, geospatial database, methodology, images. | en-US |
| dc.description | Actualmente el Ejército, contempla dentro de su administración los terrenos fiscales, una distribución territorial desde Putre a la Antártica, conforme a una misión específica y a una organización centrada tanto en la Fuerza Terrestre como en la Fuerza Generadora. Es en este contexto, que mediante de la aplicación de herramientas de Geomática se propone como objetivo elaborar una metodología para el levantamiento del uso de suelo en el Ejército de Chile. Para lo cual se diseñará el procedimiento y se determinará el uso de suelo en el Campo Militar la Reina (CMLR) como área de estudio, mediante el uso de imágenes de diferentes fuentes abiertas. En términos generales, pretende aplicar una metodología basada en el levantamiento de requerimientos por parte de los Stakeholders (Jefatura de Propiedades y el Departamento de Infraestructura del Comando de Educación y Doctrina), con el propósito de establecer una base de datos geoespacial para el uso de suelo, específicamente para los diferentes terrenos fiscales existentes en la Institución. Teniendo en consideración los antecedentes precedentes, se procedió a evaluar 05 (cinco) imágenes de diferentes fuentes abiertas, con el propósito de seleccionar la imagen más adecuada, mediante el establecimiento de diferentes factores, los cuales sirvieron de parámetros para realizar la selección, entre ellos sus histogramas de color y escala de grises, la resolución espacial y su temporalidad. Posteriormente, se procedió a la vectorización de los elementos, siendo estos alojados en una base datos geoespacial, obteniendo la información relevante y de importancia, para la toma de decisiones. | es-ES |
