Given the confinement and social distancing by Covid-19 pandemic, this doctoral research tried to establish different strategies to strengthen the appropriation of Jerusalem Park, a vulnerable public space located in Analco neighborhood in the Historic Center of Puebla, Mexico. It was established a hybridmethod of collaboration between the residents of the neighborhood and university volunteers, through the relationship with Casa Analco FABUAP project, to promote the use and foster the value of a neighborhood park in their daily lives, obtaining interaction results of what virtual to the virtual, from the virtual to the blended and from the face-to-face to theface-to-virtual, having identity, participation and cultural heritage as transversal lines.Ante el confinamiento y distanciamiento social de la pandemia del COVID-19, la presente investigación doctoral buscó establecer diferentes estrategias para el fortalecimiento de la apropiación del parque Jerusalem, un espacio público vulnerable ubicado en el barrio de Analco en el Centro Histórico de Puebla, México. A través de un método híbrido de colaboración entre los vecinos del barrio y voluntarios universitarios, mediante la vinculación con el proyecto “Casa Analco FABUAP”, para promover el uso y fomentar el valor de un parque barrial en su vida cotidiana, se obtuvieron resultados de interacción de lo virtual a lo virtual, de lo virtual a lo semipresencial y de lo presencial a lo presencial-virtual, teniendo como líneas transversales la identidad, la participación y el patrimonio cultural.
