dc.descriptionThis article will examine the political and administrative changes that took place in the city of Rosario from the installation of the municipal body. It will be shown that its creation was part of a process of political equipping from a complex variety of institutions (Political Headquarters, Police Headquarters, Court of First Instance, Commissioners, Commercial Court, etc.) that redefined the administration and modified the institutional structure of local government. The questions that guide the investigation are: how was the city governed? What did the creation of the municipality mean for the local administration? What impact did its installation have on the political dynamics? What was your interference at the local level?en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo examinará los cambios políticos y administrativos que se sucedieron en la ciudad de Rosario a partir de la instalación del cuerpo municipal. Se mostrará que su creación formó parte de un proceso de equipamiento político a partir de una compleja variedad de instituciones (Jefatura Política, Jefatura de Policía, Juzgado de 1ra Instancia, Comisarías, Tribunal de Comercio, etc.) que redefinió la administración y modificó la estructura institucional del gobierno local. Las preguntas que guían la investigación son: ¿Cómo se gobernaba la ciudad? ¿Qué significó para la administración local la creación de la municipalidad? ¿Qué impacto tuvo su instalación en la dinámica política? ¿Cuál fue su injerencia a nivel local?es-ES
