dc.description	The ordinary meaning of conversion is the return of a sinner to God. In this sense, conversion has always been present in the Christian preaching and in Pastoral Theology. But if conversion were an incorporation to Christ and the Church from a religious tradition different from christianity, some difficulties would arise. The “return” to conversión refers to the new interest which Theology –specially Fundamental Theology- shows for the fact of conversion, after some time of mistrust. Christian conversiónis a personal event and, at the same time, a social and religious phenomenon. If conversión is understood as incorporation to Christ and the Church, there are four perspectives which have to be taken into account: christological, eclesiological, anthropological and social.	en-US
dc.description	El sentido ordinario de la conversión es la vuelta del pecador a Dios. En este sentido, la conversión ha estado siempre presente en la predicación cristiana y en la Teología Pastoral. Pero si por conversión se entiende la incorporación a Cristo y a la Iglesia desde una tradición religiosa diferente al cristianismo, hasta ahora surgían algunas dificultades. La vuelta a la conversión indica el renacido interés de la teología –especialmente de la Teología Fundamental– después de un tiempo de desconfianza, por el hecho de la conversión. La conversión cristiana es un acontecimiento personal y, al mismo tiempo, fenómeno social y religioso. Entendida en cuanto incorporación a Cristo y a la Iglesia, la conversión se entiende teniendo en cuenta cuatro perspectivas: cristológica, eclesiológica, antropológica y social.	es-ES
