dc.descriptionAt the beginning of the year 2020, doubtlessly, very few people imagined the potential consequences that the virus designated as COVID-19 was going to unleash all over the world. For humankind, this pandemic has represented a massive impact during the year, causing sudden changes in how people envision their projects, conduct their work, interact, and meet to pray and celebrate their faith with the community. Nonetheless, despite that the «Coronavirus» has been responsible for multiple changes, victims, deaths, and anguish, human beings have neither react nor change course to authentically humanizing life processes. This article presents a reflection on the relevance and urgency of a path of a personal and community conversion to an integral ecology, which includes (physical, psychological, and attitudinal) human well-being, goodness for the neighbor, and the search of a culture of care and respect for creation (the «Common Home»).en-US
dc.descriptionAl comenzar el año 2020 con seguridad muy pocas personas imaginaron todas las consecuencias que el virus denominado COVID-19, iba a desencadenar en el mundo entero. Este año la humanidad se ha visto forzada a cambiar muchos de sus proyectos, así como la forma y estilo de trabajar, convivir, o de encontrarse para orar y celebrar su fe en comunidad. Sin embargo, a pesar de dichos cambios y de las víctimas, muertes y angustia producidos por el «Coronavirus», los seres humanos no hemos sido capaces de reaccionar, ni de cambiar de rumbo hacía procesos de vida auténticamente humanizadores. En el presente artículo se expone una reflexión en torno a la pertinencia y urgencia de un proceso de conversión personal y comunitaria a una ecología integral, la cual incluye el bienestar humano (físico, psíquico y actitudinal), la opción por el prójimo y la búsqueda de una cultura del respeto y cuidado de la creación (la «Casa Común»).es-ES
