| dc.description | One of the major disputes that have existed in the history of theology, without a dou-bt, it is the relative to the immaculate question. It took centuries and dream dialectical controversies in the classrooms of universities to achieve a clear elucidation of the theme in the theological field. While, on the theological level, the root of the matter comes from St. Augustine’s thoughts about original sin, it will be in the middle ages when the conceptionist theme acquires solemn dyes in his disquisition. This article aims to collect, starting from the Augustinian tenets, the props in which the called “immaculate question” was developed throughout the middle ages, outlining its main protagonists and contributions. | en-US |
| dc.description | Una de las disputas más importantes que han existido en la historia de la teología, sin lugar a dudas, es la concerniente a la cuestión inmaculista. Hasta lograr una dilucidación clara de la temática en materia teológica, pasaron siglos y sonadas controver-sias dialécticas en las aulas de las universidades. Si bien, a nivel teológico, la raíz del asunto procede de las reflexiones de San Agustín acerca del pecado original, será en la Edad Media cuando el tema concepcionista adquiera tintes solemnes en cuanto a su disquisición. El presente artículo pretende recoger, partiendo de los postulados agus-tinianos, los puntales en los que se desarrolló la denominada “cuestión inmaculista” a lo largo de la Edad Media, reseñando sus principales protagonistas y aportaciones. | es-ES |
