dc.description	This is a reading of the first two novels of Adolfo Bioy Casares in thecontext of an interrogation about the status of the utopian literature and its crisis in the last century. In first place we take a quick look to the complex structure of fiction in utopian literature and the significance of this problem in the historical development of the genre. Then, we interpret the texts of Bioy as narrative response to the problem about the relationship among fiction and reality in the production of utopian discourse, assuming the transformation of reality in fiction by the mass-media contemporary culture.	en-US
dc.description	Lectura de las dos primeras novelas de Adolfo Bioy Casares planteada en el horizonte de una interrogación sobre la especificidad de la literatura utópica y su aparente crisis en el último siglo. Consideramos, en primer lugar, un breve examen de la peculiar complejidad que caracteriza a las utopías literarias en tanto obras de ficción y la importancia de este rasgo en el desarrollo ulterior del género. Luego, interpretamos los textos de Bioy como respuesta narrativa al problema de la relación entre ficción y realidad en la producción del discurso utópico, asumiendo el devenir ficcional de la realidad por la cultura mediática contemporánea.	es-ES
