| dc.description | The following research had the objective of analyzing the concordances between the private sector and the local government in relation to the fiftieth anniversary of the commune of Puente Alto. Through a focus on social and urban history, it studies this commemoration where the Socialist Party had already been at the head of the municipality for a decade, demonstrating a cohesion with industrialists and landowners of the commune, tarnished in a progressive vision of local industrial development, regardless of the differences between these actors and reflecting pride and identity strongly linked to the production of paper, fabrics and agriculture. | en-US |

A través de un enfoque en la historia social y urbana, se adentró en dicha conmemoración donde el Partido Socialista poseía ya una década a la cabeza del municipio demostrando una cohesión con industriales y terratenientes de la comuna empañados en una visión progresista del desarrollo industrial local, independiente de las diferencias entre estos actores y plasmándose un orgullo e identidad fuertemente ligados con la producción de papel, tejidos y agricultura. | es-ES |
