| dc.description | The aim of this piece of work is to analyze the production of an early document in the civic-military dictatorship. It is about Goals and/or Objectives of the New Political Constitution of the Republic. The constitutionalist committee was in charge of the writing. The product was handed to the government council in November 1973. The analysis of this document consists of verifying its conditions of possibility, analyzing the speech included in it and acknowledging discursive continuities in subsequent official documents. It is concluded that the analyzed discourse expresses a potential social order in two senses. The first is that the analyzed discourse represents a political project that denies the previous social order and is oriented towards the achievement of hegemony. The second sense is that this political project constructs an object/population which unfolds through the territory that is confined by the frontiers of the Chilean State. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este trabajo tiene por objetivo analizar la producción de un documento temprano de la Dictadura Cívico-Militar. Se trata de Metas y/o Objetivos de la Nueva Constitución Política de la Republica. Su redacción estuvo a cargo de la Comisión Constitucionalista y fue entregada a la Junta de Gobierno en noviembre de 1973. El análisis del documento consiste en constatar sus condiciones de posibilidad, analizar el discurso contenido en él y reconocer continuidades discursivas en otros documentos oficiales posteriores. Se concluye que el discurso analizado expresa un orden social en potencia en dos sentidos, el primero de ellos es que constituye un proyecto político que niega el orden social precedente y se orienta a conseguir hegemonía, y segundo es que este proyecto político construye un objeto a modo de población que se extiende por el territorio limitado por las fronteras del Estado chileno. | es-ES |
