dc.description	This article studies the experience of Jewish women in Castile during the 15th century with the aim of analyzing the modalities of their intervention in different jurisdictions. Through a qualitative examination of legal documentation, we address the problems and conflicts that affected them, as well as the strategies used to overcome these difficulties. Despite the existence of specific forms of gender subordination due to religious identity, this did not prevent them from taking part in litigation or participating in claims both on behalf of and as part of the collective. Gender stereotypes were manipulated according to the context and the objectives required by each litigant. In their judicial experience, the conditioning factors and strategies inherent to their Jewish identity played an important role.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo estudia la experiencia de las judías castellanas durante el siglo XV con el objetivo de analizar las modalidades de su intervención ante diferentes jurisdicciones. A través de un examen cualitativo de documentación judicial se abordan las problemáticas y conflictividades que las atravesaban, así como las estrategias agenciadas para sortearlas. Pese a que existían formas de subordinación de género específicas dadas por la identidad religiosa, no eran óbice para que protagonizaran litigios o participaran en la formulación de reclamos colectivos. Los estereotipos de género fueron manipulados según el contexto y los objetivos requeridos por cada justiciable. En su experiencia judicial, los condicionantes y las estrategias propias de su identidad judía tuvieron un lugar relevante.	es-ES
