| dc.description | This paper deals with the way in which the massive construction of social housing built to reduce the housing deficit has been the main focus of housing policies. This has meant operating with reduced budgets for the programs aiming at the lowest income groups which determines an inadequate standard and shows little innovation in terms of housing typology ,technology and surroundings. The paper analyses five premises related to the central hypothesis which are developed to refer to the problems faced by housing design and possible new alternatives in housing solutions in which the concept of improvement is implicit. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente artículo se refiere a la forma en que la producción masiva de viviendas sociales construidas para reducir el déficit habitacional ha sido la orientación principal de la política de vivienda; entendiendo que esto implica operar con recursos limitados en los programas dirigidos al sector más pobre de la población, lo cual determina un estándar insuficiente y evidenciaría poca innovación en términos de tipología y tecnología de la vivienda y su entorno. Analiza cinco premisas relacionadas con la hipótesis central, las cuales desarrolla para referirse al tema de los problemas que enfrenta el diseño habitacional y posibles nuevas alternativas en soluciones habitacionales en las que el concepto de mejoramiento esté implícito. | es-ES |
