| dc.description | This article aims to introduce the concept “God: absolute future” in the context of Karl Rahner’s dialogue with modernity, particularly with evolutionism, Marxism and the technological future. It is only from the absolute future that a human history be-comes possible, for unconditionality lies at the foundation of freedom. This absolute future is already interior to the world through God’s self-communication, and from it is possible to understand evolution as a process of active self-trascendence. The starting point for Rahner’s reflection is the freedom and dignity of the individual human being, i.e., it takes as its point of departure one of the fundamental axes of modernity itself. | en |
| dc.description | Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar el concepto “Dios: Futuro absoluto” en el contexto del diálogo de Karl Rahner con la modernidad, más específicamente, con el evolucionismo, el marxismo y el futuro tecnológico. Es solo a partir del futuro absolu-to que se torna posible una historia humana, pues la libertad tiene como fundamento la incondicionalidad. Este futuro absoluto ya es interior al mundo a partir de la auto-comunicación de Dios, y desde ella es posible entender la evolución como un proceso de autotrascendencia activa. El punto de partida de la reflexión de Rahner es la libertad y la dignidad del ser humano individual, es decir, toma como punto de partida uno de los ejes fundamentales de la propia modernidad. | es |
