This paper analyzes a set of articles, in order to obtain the benefits of the integration of GRI reports in organizations, for this purpose, 672 articles from the SCOPUS database have been used. This was done through a theoretical review, guided by the systematic review methodology based on PRISMA strategies. From this, it was excluded according to established criteria, where this process obtained 33 articles related to the purpose of which 6 results could be obtained according to analysis. On the other hand, we concluded benefits originated for the organizations due to the use of these indicators, which were in environment (1), production (2), marketing (3), financial(4), decision making (5), and finally, in the management of human talent(6). In summary, the integration of the GRI reports has determined benefits for the organizations that integrate it, therefore, its use must be in an adequate manner so that the results obtained are achieved.El presente trabajo analiza un conjunto de artículos, con el fin de obtener los beneficios de la integración de los informes GRI en las organizaciones, para ello, se han usado 672 artículos de la base de datos SCOPUS. Esto se hizo mediante una revisión teórica, guiados por la metodología de revisión sistemática con base en las estrategias PRISMA. De ello, se excluyó según criterios establecidos, en dónde esté proceso obtuvo 33 artículos que relacionan al propósito los cuales se pudo tener 6 resultados según análisis. Por otro lado, se concluyó beneficios originados para las organizaciones debido al uso de estos indicadores de los cuales, fueron en ambiente (1), producción (2), marketing (3), financiero(4), toma de decisiones (5), y por último, en la gestión del talento humano(6). En síntesis, la integración de los informes GRI, ha determinado beneficios para las organizaciones que lo integran, por lo cual, su uso debe de ser de manera adecuada para que con ello se logre los resultados obtenidos.
