dc.descriptionThis case commentary analyzes the omission of consultation of indigenous people when adverse effects on natural renewable resources of hydrobiological nature are effective sources of food for members of these indigenous people. Al acogerse el recurso se plantean violentados mediatamente los requisitos para la consulta indígena, afectación a sistemas de vida y costumbre y legitimación de la consulta indígena e inmediatamente el cumplimiento del trámite de consulta indígena. es-ES
