The study analyzes the executive titles drawn up without the debtor’s intervention, systematizing them and outlining their judicial control. The parts of the work are nature and function of the title, characteristics of its generation, classification based on the nature of the credit and scope of its judicial control.El estudio analiza los títulos ejecutivos elaborados sin intervención del deudor, sistematizándolos y perfilando su control judicial. Las partes del trabajo son: naturaleza y función del título, características de su generación, clasificación a partir de la naturaleza del crédito y alcance de su control judicial. Se concluye que el control judicial in limine es insuficiente y delega en el deudor el peso de desvirtuar el título, lo que podría ser subsanado reforzando el análisis inicial del tribunal, con base en el artículo 441 del CPC.
