dc.descriptionEl estudio analiza los títulos ejecutivos elaborados sin intervención del deudor, sistematizándolos y perfilando su control judicial. Las partes del trabajo son: naturaleza y función del título, características de su generación, clasificación a partir de la naturaleza del crédito y alcance de su control judicial. Se concluye que el control judicial in limine es insuficiente y delega en el deudor el peso de desvirtuar el título, lo que podría ser subsanado reforzando el análisis inicial del tribunal, con base en el artículo 441 del CPC.es-ES
