In the seventies the famous Argentine comic scriptwriter Héctor Oesterheld tried to reflect the life of Eva Perón in a comic with a strong political content. At the same time, Montoneros, the military political organization of the Peronist left, had its strongest growth to the point of becoming a fundamental part of the Peronist Movement of the 1970s. The story of Evita with the script of Oesterheld did not reach the public until three decades later. Shortly after writing "Evita", Oesterheld joined the Montoneros organization, which proved to have ideological differences with Perón. This paper aims to analyze the degree of coincidence between Oesterheld and Montoneros, at a time when the cartoonist had not yet joined his path to military political organization.En la década del setenta el famoso guionista de historietas argentino Héctor Oesterheld intentó reflejar la vida de Eva Perón en un cómic con fuerte contenido político. Al mismo tiempo, Montoneros, la organización político militar de izquierda peronista, tuvo su crecimiento más fuerte al punto de convertirse en una pieza fundamental dentro del Movimiento Peronista de los años setenta. La historieta de Evita con el guión de Oesterheld no llegó al público sino hasta tres décadas después. Al poco tiempo de escribir “Evita”, Oesterheld se incorporó a la organización Montoneros, la cual demostró tener diferencias ideológicas con Perón. El presente trabajo pretende analizar el grado de coincidencia entre Oesterheld y Montoneros, en un momento en el que el historietista aún no había unido su camino a la organización político militar.
