The present work aims to analyze the composition of the collection “Los Nuevos” (“The new ones”) of Claridad Publishing House from a methodological approach that allows us to glimpse its material aspects as much as the literary ones, in order to achieve a global approach that accounts for the complexity of the object. Recently, a title not included in the most outstanding works on this collection was discovered in the National Library Mariano Moreno. This evidence the need to return on the collection taking into account the aforementioned aspects. This analysis will take into account Argentine publishing history in relation to literary history and will show the intersections between them to enlighten the condition of possibility for the appearance of “Los Nuevos”.El presente trabajo pretende analizar la composición de la colección Los Nuevos de la Editorial Claridad a partir de una aproximación metodológica que permita vislumbrar sus aspectos materiales tanto como los literarios, para lograr un enfoque global que dé cuenta de la complejidad del objeto. A partir del hallazgo, en la Biblioteca Nacional Mariano Moreno, de un título no incluido en los más destacados trabajos sobre esta colección, se evidencia la necesidad de volver sobre ella atendiendo a los aspectos antes mencionados. Este análisis atenderá a la historia editorial argentina en relación a la historia literaria y mostrará las intersecciones que fueron condición de posibilidad para la aparición de Los Nuevos.
