| dc.description | It is the duty of the State to highlight the value of administrative documentation in contributing to social truth and reparation for the victims of the dictatorship in Chile. More than 50 years after the military coup and more than 33 years after the end of the dictatorship, the administrative documentation produced by state agencies has hardly been addressed from the perspective of transitional justice and human rights. This article seeks to recount the process followed by the National Migration Service in creating a public digital repository of documentation from the Department of Immigration and Migration (DEM) produced between 1973 and 1990. Among the possibilities and different audiences targeted by this repository, we argue that highlighting this documentation allows us to identify another group of subjects affected by the repressive bureaucracy of the dictatorship: foreign nationals. | dc.description | Es obligación del Estado trabajar en la puesta en valor de la documentación administrativa para contribuir a la verdad social y la reparación de las víctimas afectadas por la dictadura en Chile. A más de 50 años del golpe de Estado y más de 33 años desde el fin de la dictadura, la documentación administrativa producida por organismos estatales ha sido escasamente trabajada desde el punto de vista de la justicia transicional y bajo un enfoque de derechos humanos. El presente artículo busca explicar el camino que ha seguido el Servicio Nacional de Migraciones para crear un repositorio digital público con la documentación del Departamento de Extranjería y Migración (DEM) producida entre 1973 y 1990. Entre las potencialidades y las distintas audiencias a las que está dirigido este repositorio, argumentamos que la puesta en valor de esta documentación permite identificar otro tipo de sujetos afectados por la burocracia represiva de la dictadura: las personas extranjeras. Se trata de sujetos que han sido poco reconocidos como uno de los principales grupos sobre los que la dictadura, haciendo uso de la burocracia estatal, perpetró su represión. | es-ES |
