Se resume el filón de pensamiento nacido en el interior del movimiento jurídico del humanismo o mos Gallicus, dirigido a construir nuevas ordenaciones de la materia jurídica, que superasen el viejo ordo legalis trasmitido por las compilaciones justinianeas, a la luz del ideal ciceroniano del ius in artem redigere, en varios casos bajo la guía moderna de la dialéctica de Pierre de la Ramée (Ramus). Hugo Grotius tuvo intereses sistemáticos de impronta humanista y así lo dejó dicho en varios lugares. Se examina el orden o sistema general empleado en el De iure belli ac pacis, y el especial aplicado al derecho privado tratado en el libro II de esa obra. Se discute la posibilidad de que Grotius haya formado su sistema de derecho privado bajo influencias formales ramistas. Se estudian las fuentes materiales del sistema privatístico de Grotius, y se concluye que en su mayoría son escolásticas, si bien también incidieron en él algunos puntos de vista del jurista humanista Hugo Donellus.  This article contains a summary of the think­ing emerging from the juridical movement of humanism or mos Gallicus -oriented to­ward making a new order of the juridical matters that might go beyond the old ordo legalis contained in the Justinian compilations in light of the Ciceronian ideal of the ius in artem redigere, in several cases under the mod­ern guidance of Pierre de la Ramee's (Ramus) dialectics. Hugo Grotius showed himself deeply interested in a humanistic mark, and he expressed the above in various places.  The general order or system employed in De iure belli ac pacis¸ particularly applied to private law dealt with in Book II of that work, is dis­cussed. The possibility that Grotius might have formed his system of private law under Ramee's formal influences is analyzed. Grotius' material sources of the private sys­tem are looked at, and it is concluded that they are largely scholastic, although some of humanistic jurist Hugo Donellus' standpoints influenced them.
