dc.description	En los códigos de parte del área germánica (Prusia, Sajonia, Alemania) la tricotomía de personae, res, actiones en que se fundan las Institutiones de Justiniano aparece sustituida por la tricotomía de Personen, Sachen, Handlungen (Rechtsgeschäft), que aparece inserta al principio del sistema en una parte general. Se investiga en este trabajo el uso antiguo, medieval y moderno de actus y negotium, que son las palabras latinas para las alemanas Handlung y Geschäft; el origen de las expresiones actus iuridicus y negotium iuridicum; y la sustitución de las actiones de la tricotomía de las Institutiones, por actus (Handlung) y negotium iuridicum (Rechtsgeschäft). En el desarrollo de estos dogmas, tomaron parte principal el jurista francés del siglo XVI, François Connan, y otros representantes del mos Gallicus, y el jurista alemán del siglo XVIII, Daniel Nettelbladt, y sus seguidores del iusnaturalismo tardío y la temprana pandectística. dc.description	In the codes of the Germanic area (Prussia, Saxony, Germany), the trichotomy personae, res, actiones on which the Justinian Institutiones are based, is substituted for the trichotomy Personen, Sachen, Handlungen (Rechtsgeschäft), which is inserted at the beginning of the system in a general part.   This article explores the ancient, medieval and modern use of actus and negotium, the Latin words for the German words Handlung and Geschäft; the origin of the expressions actus iuridicus and negotium iuridicum; and the substitutions of the actiones of the Institutiones trichotomy for actus (Handlung) and negotium iuridicum (Rechtsgeschäft). Major roles in the development of these dogmas were played by the XVI-century French jurist François Connan and other representatives of the mos Gallicus, and the XVIII-century German jurist Daniel Nettlebladt and his followers of the late iusnaturalism and the early pandectistics.	en-US
