| dc.description | The actio de effusis vel deiectis is about the responsibility by a third party event and of a formula given against that who has the availability of a house (habitator), for the damage caused by something fallen or a liquid spilled from the house on a public transit place. The sentence is variable. Guilt is not considered a requirement to demand responsibility, because what is sentenced is not the hurtful event, but the danger, in order to protect the security of public transit. | dc.description | En la actio de effusis vel deiectis se trata de una responsabilidad por un hecho ajeno y de una fórmula dada contra aquel que tiene la disponibilidad de una casa (habitator), por el daño inferido por una cosa caída o un líquido derramado desde la casa sobre un lugar de público tránsito. La pena es variable. La culpa no se considera como un requisito para exigir la responsabilidad, porque lo penado no es el hecho dañoso, mas el peligro, a fin de tutelar la seguridad del tránsito público.
