| dc.description | This work attempts to deepen into the serious urban problem of the initiated construction site and not definitely finished, analysing the corrective measures established by the lower imperial legislator and its social repercussion in the IVth and Vth Century. This study has been organized in various different parts, depending on the cause that triggers the abandonment of the construction site; basically, lack of financing and ceasing of the maximum urban authority with competence in the matter, in their task or term of office. For each of these cases a different measure is established, sometimes of great transcendence and present relevance, as, for example, the re-utilization of noble materials coming from demolitions in the construction site that needs to be finished. | en-US |
| dc.description | El trabajo trata de profundizar en el grave problema urbanístico de las obras empezadas y no acabadas definitivamente, analizando las medidas correctoras establecidas por el legislador bajo imperial y su repercusión social durante los siglos IV y V. El estudio se ha organizado en varias partes distintas, según la causa que provoca el abandono de la obra; fundamentalmente, falta de financiación y cese de la máxima autoridad urbana con competencia en la materia, en su cargo o mandato. Para cada uno de estos casos, se establece una medida distinta, a veces, de gran trascendencia y vigencia actual, como es, por ejemplo, la reutilización de materiales nobles procedentes de demoliciones en la obra que ha de ser terminada. | es-ES |
