Postula que dicho personaje corresponde a un rey histórico y que habría llevado adelante la reorganización de Roma, dejando atrás su calidad de federación de gentes para convertirla en una verdadera ciudad. We propose that he was a historic king that reorganized Rome and left its federation of people feature behind to turn it into a real city.
