| dc.description | En este trabajo el autor examina el rol que cumple el derechoen la Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa (RSE), tanto en elderecho nacional como internacional. La adopción de políticas deRSE ha pasado de ser una práctica voluntaria a ser regulada directao indirectamente por instrumentos internacionales y legislaciónnacional. El cumplimiento o no de estas políticas será sancionadotanto por la vía administrativa y judicial como también con la pérdidade reputación de las empresas que no cumplan con los estándaresinternacionales de RSE. La principal tesis de este artículo serádemostrar la importancia del derecho en las prácticas de RSE y lasherramientas jurídicas para hacer cumplirla. | es-ES |
| dc.description | In this paper the author examines the importance ofthe law in the adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)Policies, in both international and national law. The adoption of CSRpolicies is no longer a matter of voluntary practice, but is also subjectof direct or indirect regulation by international instruments anddomestic law. The enforcement of these policies can be obtained inboth, domestic and international law. The main thesis of this articleis to demonstrate the increasing importance of law and enforcementmechanisms for CSR. | en-US |
