| dc.description | La autora revisa ciertos aspectos relevantes del proyecto de ley actualmente en tramitación que pretende reemplazar el régimen de sociedad conyugal por el de comunidad de bienes. Plantea la inconveniencia del mismo, pues atraería aparejada la transformación de importantes principios subyacentes en relación al contenido de las obligaciones maritales y del régimen patrimonial bajo la impronta de un Derecho de Familia individualista que propone un cambio en los modelos de matrimonio y familia, pues confiere a la mujer y al marido iguales derechos y obligaciones. La pregunta que plantea es si estamos frente a una modifi cación que expresa la transformación hacia la cual transita nuestro Derecho de Familia, o si es el fruto de ideas preconcebidas, que quizá no representan nuestra realidad familiar - patrimonial. | es-ES |
