dc.description	This work is structured on three important parts: thechange that occurs with Law 19,911 on free competition; the impactof proactive attribution, its practical application; and analysis ofits effectiveness and finally the efforts of the legislature to the practicalapplication of attribution. The need to strengthen the proactiveallocation and indicate how to move towards a formal institutional framework for ongoing evaluation of the relationship from the point of view of their impact on competition will arise.	en-US
dc.description	Este trabajo se estructura en tres partes importantes: el cambio que se produce con la Ley 19.911 en materia de libre competencia; las repercusiones de la atribución propositiva, su aplicación práctica; y el análisis de su efectividad y finalmente los esfuerzos del legislador para la aplicación práctica de la atribución. Se plantea la necesidad de fortalecer la atribución propositiva e indicar cómo avanzar hacia una institucionalidad formal para la evaluación permanente de la relación desde el punto de vista de sus efectos en la competencia.	es-ES
