El objeto de este trabajo es analizar las posibles relacionesentre Milton, Tocqueville, Bello y Portales en torno al beneficiosocontrol de la prensa sobre el Estado y, particularmente al PoderJudicial, hasta nuestros días. Este tema nace del estudio sobre institucionesjurídicas que han sido redescubiertas por su importanciapara la libertad de prensa.The main aim of this article is the analysis of the possiblerelationships between Milton, Tocqueville, Bello and Portales onthe benefits of the press control on the state, particularly on the judicialpower until today. This topic arose due the research on importantjuridical institutions with relevance to the freedom of the press.
