| dc.description | This study centres on the evolution that has experienced the property rights in relation to its limits, especially, it investigates over the infl uence that the constitutionalism has had in the Civil Chilean Code in this matter. The authoress thinks that if we don’t understand strictly the sense that the legislator gives to the article 582 of the Civil Code, the limits imposed by the Political Constitution on the domain can be considered to be contradictory, especially in relation with the property social function and the right to have arbitrary a good which one is owner. | en-US |
