| dc.description | RESUMENLos personajes de Aire Frío, de Virgilio Piñera, se sienten presionados en el entorno en el que habitan, debido a la situación económica y los gobiernos corruptos de la primera mitad del siglo XX en Cuba. Se comportan lingüísticamente de forma descortés, insultándose o dirigiéndose groseramente entre sí. Este trabajo tiene como objetivos describir el insulto desde el punto de vista formal y funcional como estrategia descortés en los personajes significativos de la obra y demostrar la relación existente entre el uso del insulto y el condicionamiento socioeconómico. Lo interesante del mismo radica en que estos comportamientos se reflejan hoy en día en el habla cotidiana del cubano, incluso habiéndose eliminado los condicionantes relacionados con los gobiernos que precedieron al triunfo revolucionario.ABSTRACTThe characters of the Play cold wind by Virgilio Piñera feel under pressure in the context where they live. It is a consequence of the economic situation and corrupt governments of the first half of the XX century in Cuba. The characters behavein an unpolite way from a linguistic point of view. They insult and speak each other in a crude form. This paper describer the insult from a functional and formal way as an unpolite strategy in the most important characters of the play and demonstrates the relationship between the use of the insult among the characters and the conditioning socioeconomic situation of the epoch. | es-ES |
