| dc.description | The practice of being a knight demands Don Quijote to try to carry on recklessness to its very last consequences, even if prevented by any of the intertextual figurative entities. The adventure of the dead body (Quijote I, 19) introduces the seed of a desiderative action that, taken to its extreme, becomes in other time a deliberate textual exposition of corpses, materializing the semantic potential of the fictional chapter. The article analyzes the literary implications of such extreme and, after a previous comment and contrast of the adventure to its literary background based on some critical contributions, a manner of how the completion of such purpose, textually absent, is introduced from a gnosis-like knowledge perspective, would then constitute an enlargement of possibilities to enter the mortuary reality. | en-US |

En la aventura del cuerpo muerto (Quijote I, 19) se presenta germinalmente la acción desiderativa que, extremada, deviene en otro tiempo exposición textual deliberada de cadáveres, materializando el potencial semántico del episodio novelesco. El artículo analiza las implicaciones literarias de dicha extremación a través del comentario y contraste de la aventura con sus antecedentes estéticos, para plantear luego, desde una perspectiva gnoseológica y basándose en algunos aportes críticos, la manera como la Completación de tal propósito textualmente ausente constituiría una ampliación de las posibilidades de acceso a la realidad mortuoria. | es-ES |
