| dc.description | El problema de financiamiento de la Micro, Pequeña y Mediana Empresa (MIPyME), en Latinoamérica ha sido señalado como uno de los más importantes, dado que sin flujos suficientes y sin poder acceder a fuentes de financiamiento las empresas de esta magnitud, tienen menos posibilidades de sobrevivir.El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en realizar un diagnóstico a fin de conocer de qué manera se están financiando las MIPyME en los países de América Latina, ya que existen indicios que aunque hay instituciones que las apoyan financieramente, pocas son las oportunidades que tienen de ser sujetos de crédito y gran parte de ellas comienzan a operar sin capital suficiente para asegurar un crecimiento adecuado y sostenido, que les permita permanecer en el mercado.Este trabajo se realizó a través de una investigación documental recopilando las fuentes de información disponibles acerca del tema en cuestión. Es un trabajo de tipo descriptivo dado que caracteriza la situación actual de las MIPyME, referente a las fuentes de financiamiento que actualmente utiliza.El principal hallazgo fue que el sector financiero no está financiando a la MIPyME en Latinoamérica, la principal fuente de financiamiento de este sector son los recursos propios y el principal obstáculo para no acceder al financiamiento externo son las altas tasas de interés. Siendo esto un indicio que las políticas que se han implementado para impulsar a este sector empresarial en estos países, no han sido suficientes y se necesitan soluciones tales como: aumento del presupuesto de los países para el fomento de las empresas, mejorar la comunicación entre empresarios y gobierno, eliminar los trámites burocráticos que limitan la participación de la empresas de este sector en las convocatorias públicas, entre las más importantes.Palabras clave: Financiamiento, MIPyME, Sistema Financiero.AbstractThe problem of financing of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Latin America has been identified as one of the most important, because without sufficient flows and without access to financing companies of this magnitude are unlikely to survive.The objective of this research was to conduct an assessment to find out how they are funding MSMEs in Latin America, as there are indications that although there are institutions that support them financially, there are few opportunities they have to be creditworthy and most of them begin to operate without sufficient capital to ensure adequate and sustained growth, enabling them to stay in the market.This work was conducted through desk research to collect the information sources available on the topic. It is a descriptive work since characterized the current situation of MSMEs concerning funding sources currently used.The main finding was that the financial sector is not funding to MSMEs in Latin America, the main source of funding for this sector is the capital and the main obstacle to no access to external financing are the high interest rates. Since this is an indication that the policies that have been implemented to promote this business sector in these countries have not been sufficient and solutions are needed such as: increasing the budget of the country for the development of enterprises, improve communication between business and government, eliminate red tape that limit the participation of companies in this sector in public announcements, among the most important.Keywords: Finance, MSME, Financial System. | es-ES |
