| dc.description | The development in Innovation and technology is very important for three sectors that note development or a global scale, electronic, biotechnological and automotive. These show economics and social benefits in respective regions and countries where found. For the purposes of this paper, he will focus on two of these sectors-high tech, biotechnology and automotive sectors. These areas are constantly growing and facilitate the integration of new forms of employment especially in industrial properly though brands, patents, forms industrials process and others, shaving organizations becoming world - class enterprises poised to gear coming years. Clusters around the biotechnological and automotive sectors in particular are a vanguard of innovation and technology, creating alternatives for the health and growth alimentation in biotechnology founding solutions for chrome degenerative and more illnesses new illnesses’ and also in agricultural food production for control in the automotive sector, in the design for intelligent systems in cars such as, GPS, fuel control and operation in general. For this reason, all types of enterprises of different sizes, public organizations and schools of high or education, create a favourable, environment for benefits in these sectors. However, the impulse for innovation’s technology does not always bring transferable knowledge by itself, it also requires and effective is clear mission and vision, and each individual component must also be viewed as part of all organizations forming the strategic sector with its benefits increasing business sustainability and harmonize for its society´s collective and individual benefits. | en-US |
| dc.description | El desarrollo de la innovación y la tecnología es impulsada por tres sectores; electrónica, biotecnología y automotriz que han marcado la pauta a nivel mundial, mostrando beneficios económicos y sociales, en los países y regiones donde se instalan; para fines de este artículo serán abordados dos de ellos; Biotecnología y Automotriz, ambos impulsan el crecimiento constante y facilitan la integración de nuevas formas de trabajar, pero sobre todo en la propiedad industrial a partir de la generación de marcas, patentes, formulas y procesos industriales, que por consecuencia proyectan a las organizaciones a convertirse en empresas de clase mundial y transformarse en proactivas a las tendencias por venir en los siguientes años. Particularmente los agrupamientos empresariales alrededor de la biotecnología y el sector automotriz, están a la vanguardia de la innovación y tecnología, ya sea creando alternativas para la salud y la alimentación, encontrando soluciones para enfermedades crónico degenerativas pero sobre todo para nuevas enfermedades, así como también en la producción de alimentos en granjas en la biotecnología, diseñando sistemas inteligentes para automóviles en sus dispositivos de manejo, localización, control de combustible y operación en su conjunto en el sector automotriz; esa razón incorpora a empresas de diferentes tamaños, así como organismos de gobierno e instituciones educativas propiciando un ambiente favorable para obtener beneficios conjuntos. Sin embargo no siempre el impulso a la innovación y la tecnología permite llevar a cabo procesos de transferencia de conocimientos, se requiere de una articulación efectiva en la que la misión y visión, aún individual pueda ser mirada en conjunto por todas las organizaciones que forman parte de ambos sectores para formar estrategias de asociatividad que permita enfilarlas a la sustentabilidad de negocios y armonizar con la sociedad para que sus beneficios económico sean para todos sus integrantes. | es-ES |
