dc.description	One of the transversal lines in the Lota Arauco Technical Training Center is the Entrepreneurship Line. This is part of the training of the student and taxes the generic competence declared in the Educational Model, Demonstrate Entrepreneurial Spirit. The modules are: Personal Development Workshop, Creativity and Innovation Workshop, Entrepreneurship Workshop and Projects Workshop. It is in the first module, where the work is focused: it shows the advances achieved by the students, self-esteem test results, methodological strategies used, and the accompaniment done to the students. The results are significant considering the strategies used since an increase in students' self-esteem is observed and the planning of a life project is achieved. The students realize the benefits of the workshop and the possibility of knowing and recognizing their qualities.	en-US
dc.description	Una de las líneas transversales en el Centro de Formación Técnica Lota Arauco es la Línea de Emprendimiento. Ésta, es parte de la formación del estudiante y tributa a la competencia genérica declarada en el Modelo Educativo, Demostrar Espíritu Emprendedor. Los módulos son: Taller de Desarrollo Personal, Taller de Creatividad e Innovación, Taller de Emprendimiento y Taller de Proyectos. Es en el primer módulo, donde se centra el trabajo: se muestra los avances logrados por los estudiantes, resultados de prueba de autoestima, estrategias metodológicas utilizadas y el acompañamiento realizado a los estudiantes. Los resultados son significativos a la luz de las estrategias utilizadas pues se observa un aumento en la autoestima de los estudiantes y se logra concretar la planificación de un proyecto de vida. Los estudiantes dan cuenta de lo beneficioso del taller y la posibilidad de conocer y reconocer sus cualidades.	es-ES
