| dc.description | This paper deals with the topic of family business, its importance for the economic and social development of countries, highlighting aspects such as contribution to GDP, employment generation, among others; but above all to show those that have survived many changes in the generations, making a comparison between the oldest in the world with Latin America and Colombia. Finally, the link between family businesses and productive leisure activities is analyzed, that is, with economic activities such as hotels, beer production, entertainment and other related activities. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este trabajo se aborda el tema de las Empresas familiares, su importancia para el desarrollo económico y social de los países, resaltando aspectos como la contribución al PIB, la generación de empleo, entre otras; pero sobre todo mostrar aquellas que se han sobrevivido a muchos cambios en las generaciones, haciendo una comparación entre las más antiguas del mundo con Latinoamérica y Colombia. Finalmente, se analiza el vínculo de las empresas familiares con las actividades de ocio productivo, es decir, con actividades económicas como hotelería, producción de cervezas, diversión y otras conexas a esta. | es-ES |
