| dc.description | Esta contribución a la investigación de la igualdad, el género y la diversidad sexual en laformación inicial de maestras y maestros, pretende analizar el estado de la cuestión delcurso 2014–2015, en materia de igualdad, no discriminación y equidad efectivas en laTitulación de Maestro/a de la Universidad Jaume I, desde el análisis de las guías docentesde las asignaturas del Departamento de Educación. Los resultados visibilizan la necesidadreal y urgente de la formación del profesorado para el cumplimiento del marco legislativoy normativo desde una acción política educativa coherente con un posicionamientocurricular democrático.AbstractThis contribution to the research on equality, gender, and sexual diversity in the initialformation of teachers pretends to analyze the state of art in the course 2014-2015 in thematter of equality, no discrimination, and effective equity in the Teacher Graduation/ inthe Jaume I University from the analysis of the programs of the subjects of the EducationDepartment. The results show the real and urgent need to form teachers for the accomplishment of the legislative and normative framework of a coherent educational policyfrom a democratic curriculum. | es-ES |
