| dc.description | El objetivo de este estudio es doble; por una parte, pretende acercarse al tratamiento que la legislación educativa de España hace de la autoridad institucional del profesor; por otra, analiza la teoría que pretende armonizar aquélla con la autoridad moral del profesorado, todo ello con la finalidad de mejorar el clima escolar. Para lograrlo, se procede a examinar las relaciones entre dichos conceptos y la moralidad en el discurso del aula. Se trata de un tema complejo que implica factores pedagógicos, filosóficos y políticos. El trabajo concluye mostrando que, tal conjunción, es una característica omnipresente en la interacción en el aula porque la enseñanza siempre involucra relaciones de poder desiguales y, al mismo tiempo, es fundamentalmente moral en su naturaleza.Abstract The objective of this study is double, on one hand; it pretends to approach the treatment that the educational legislation of Spain does with the institutional authority of the teacher, on the other; it the theory that pretends to harmonize that with the moral authority of the teachers, all that with the purpose of improving the school climate. To achieve this, we proceeded to examine the relations between the above mentioned concepts and the morality in the classroom discourse. This is a complex theme that implies political, philosophical, and pedagogical factors. The work ends showing that, such conjunction, is an everlasting characteristic in the classroom interaction because teaching always involves uneven power relations, and at the same time, is fundamentally moral in its nature. | es-ES |
