| dc.description | Fruto de los modelos hermenéuticos imperantes en la segunda mitad del siglo XX, la Constitución en cuanto texto comienza a matizar su exclusivo sentido normativo, y se abre a elementos culturales que se vincular con la experiencia vital de los pueblos. Esas experiencias conforman una unidad textual que posibilita el surgimiento de la Constitución como “orden de valores”, paradigma de significado interpretativo. Esta nueva concepción tiene dos vertientes que se distinguen por su énfasis: una de ellas justifica los desarrollos intersubjetivos, mientras que la otra suscribe una hermenéutica sin parámetros.
As a result of prevailing hermeneutic models during the second part of the 20th century, the constitution as a text started to change its strict regulation system due to cultural factors that are related to peoples’ vital experiences. These experiences make up a textual unit that facilitates the start of the Constitution as “values-based order”, an interpretative paradigm.
This new conception has two branches: one of them justifies the intersubjective developments while the other calls for a hermeneutics without limits. | es-ES |
