Siendo los principales: a) Fomentar el acceso a la vivienda más que la propiedad de la misma; b) Fomentar la cuestión vivienda como un negocio más de inversión de capitales, para atraer así dinero fresco del sector privado; c) Usar intensamente los mecanismos de mercado en el modelo de accesibilidad de la vivienda, dejando al Estado un rol tutelar efectivo y eficiente. | es-ES |
