| dc.description | En primer lugar se muestra que existen varios modos de concebir a la Naturaleza: Una concepción mecánica analítica; otra mecánica cuántica y una tercera desarrollada por los pueblos indígenas de América como los Aymaras y los Quechuas.
A partir de esta evidencia, se establece que en consecuencia coexisten varios modos de concebir a la totalidad espacio-temporal que vino en llamarse Tarapacá. Sin embargo, se enfatiza que se debe de trabajar con las tres concepciones, pero que la estrategia es establecer las interrelaciones simbióticas de la concepción mecánica cuántica con la concepción de los pueblos indígenas, pues ambos comparten idénticos principios a los de las ciencias de punta.

It is established the co-existence of several modes to conceive Nature and the space¬time totality which has become to be know as Tarapacá. It is pointed out that it is very important to work with all three modes to conceive Nature, but the strategy is to be able to establish the simbiotic interrelationships between the quantic mechanic conception with the indiginous one, because both share the same principies whith the leading sciences such as cibernetics, quantic mechanics, biotechnology and ecology.
