El presente artículo expone las relaciones epistemológicas y conceptuales entre la Teoría Sociológica y la Organizacional, en la perspectiva de redefinir de forma plural su agenda teórica y de hacerlas dialogar entre sí. En tal sentido, y después de indicar algunas críticas pertinentes, se adelantan ciertos aspectos centrales de una nueva propuesta teórica, y se expone someramente un modelo concreto de análisis. The present article shows the conceptual and epistemological relationships existing between Sociological Theory and Organization Theory, the aim being to redefine in a plural way their theoretical, agenda and to shape a dialogue between them. For that matter, and alter touchíng relevant criticisms new and central theoretical proposals shall be put forward in addition to a brief and concrete model for analysis.
