It describes and analyses the most relevant stages of the 1860-1950 period, presenting the explanations, which enable an understanding of the causes and consequences of the housing process. Describe y analiza sucesivamente las etapas más relevantes del período comprendido entre los años 1860 y 1950, exponiendo las explicaciones que permiten comprender las causas y consecuencias del proceso habitacional. Concluye sugiriendo una acción práctica y operativa que asegure resultados concretos, a cambio de esperar grandes planificaciones de largo plazo, que pueden generar postergaciones inconvenientes a las realizaciones inmediatas que requiere el presente. | es-ES |
